Americans become increasingly aware that the Islamic political system is based on entirely different principles than the U.S. Constitution as Solicitor General Elena Kagan is questioned
If a frog is placed in boiling water, it will jump out, but if it is placed in cold water that is slowly heated, it will not perceive the danger and will be cooked to death. Many Americans, including candidates for U.S. Congress, are encouraging their constituents to recognize the inherent superiority being taught in U.S. Mosques. Under Sharia Law there can be no democracy, since it states that a non-Muslim is not equal to a Muslim and that a woman is not equal to man. Koran 4:34 “Allah has made men superior to women because men spend their wealth to support them”
At question, is then Dean of Harvard Law School Elena Kagan’s understanding of a $20 Million gift by Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal’s for the establishment of a Islamic Studies Program based in part on Sharia Law. Specifically, in question, is her legal opinion of Sharia Law vs. The Constitution and if Sharia Law has a place in the US courts.
The opening of the United States Declaration of Independence states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” At Tea Party HD candidates, incumbents, religious leaders, community activists and the girl next door are being asked tough questions. And, as they ask a Muslim, do you believe “all” men and women are equal based upon Sharia, they are being mandated to say “no.” Specifically, non-Muslims are known as dhimmis, third class citizens no matter where in the world they reside.
As Oklahoma State Rep. Rex Duncan, has called for a “preemptive strike” against Sharia Law coming to his state “It is a cancer upon the survivability of the U[nited] K[ingdom],” state Rep. Rex Duncan, primary author of State Question 755 “SQ 755 will constitute a pre-emptive strike against Sharia law coming to Oklahoma.” Others across the country are taking a stand against Sharia Law, also. Christians, non-Christians, and those that question religion are all looking deeper into the beliefs found in the Koran and other Islamic religious/political texts. They are finding that there are few common principles between American law and Sharia. Rep. Duncan stated, “Judges in other states and on the federal bench have increasingly turned to citing international law in their court decisions, something I and others feel is grossly inappropriate in a sovereign state such as our own,”
Before judges in states turn to citing International law for decisions, candidates throughout America are beginning to take on the issue of Sharia Law while standing up for all American’s Constitutional rights. Duncan said in a statement after the vote that he hopes other states will soon follow Oklahoma’s lead. In the 6th District of Tennessee, a Republican candidate for Congress Lou Ann Zelenik argued against the building of a mosque in a Nashville suburb because it poses a “threat to her state’s moral and political foundation.” She describes the planned mosque as an “Islamic training center,” and stands “with those who oppose” building it.
As our candidates debate the new Mosque being built, the real question becomes, will “Sharia Law” be the foundational teaching of its’ leadership and what are the long term effects of granting Muslim’s the right to be ruled by Sharia? Many candidates do not understand Sharia Law nor do they recognize that it opposes the basic civil rights of our Constitution. The Civil War was justly fought over these rights; and now candidates and incumbents are fighting for equality for all American’s in our communities, states and our country.
As the water heats, Americans are beginning to recognize the dangers of a political system that is opposes the laws of our land – and, become conflicted as they desire to encourage freedom of religion. But, as the debate continues, most every American whether Christian, non-Christian, conservative or liberal do not question if a man is superior to a woman or if one man is superior to another man.
